Annelise G. Payg DHP, GQHP, Member of Awaken School & UKCP(CiT) I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. I trained at the Centre Training International School of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (CTISHP), a Member Organisation of the nationally recognized United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).  For many years I have been interested in personal motivation and the power of positive (or negative) thinking. Now I am able to share my learning and experience to help others to lead more positive and fulfilling lives. As part of my Continuing Professional Development I regularly attend seminars and training to keep ahead of new developments and update my knowledge in the psychotherapy field. This means I can call upon a range of tools and techniques to help you to make changes and improve your life
