What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is the name given to an induced altered state of consciousnes. Natural states of altered consciousness are very common, often referred to as daydreaming, preoccupation, being on auto pilot or enthralled by soemthing. We most often drift in and out of such states without noticing.
What is Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is when a trained therapist uses psychological models of conscious and unconscious mind, to initiate and embed beneficial change for a client.
What is Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is when the therapist induces hypnotic state in order to directly address a client's unconscious mind and help the client to address issues and support changes in unwanted behaviour.
